Our client, one of the UK`s leading travel company`s, are currently looking for a french-speaking administrator to work 30 hours per week within their busy office in Earby. Successful candidates will have previous experience working in a similar administration role, ideally within the travel industry, and be either fluent in French language or be education to A-Level standard (minimum C grade). Working closely with the Content Management Team you will be required to maintain a database of clients and ensure that all details are entered accurately on the sales system, within the company brochures and on the internet. You must also liase directly with these clients (in french) to ensure all data is up-to-date, and proof read all new brochures before distribution. Excellent communication and organisation skills are paramount to this position, and you must be able to demonstrate competent PC skills within the workplace. In return you can expect a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to work sociable hours Monday - Friday.
